SmartSolar MPPT 150/70-Tr is an advanced solar charger that optimizes energy extraction from your solar panels and efficiently stores it in your batteries. Thanks to MPPT technology (Ultra Fast Maximum Power Point Tracking), the voltage and current from the panels are continuously monitored, ensuring that all available energy is utilized. This is especially beneficial under conditions with changing light, such as partly cloudy weather, where the technology maximizes the energy that can be collected.
The charger is also reliable and can charge batteries that are deeply discharged, with an operating voltage as low as 0 V, provided the battery has not been permanently damaged by, for example, sulfation. SmartSolar protects battery health and extends its lifespan by maintaining an optimal charging process.
With built-in Bluetooth, SmartSolar gives you the ability to monitor and control the charger directly from your smartphone or tablet via the VictronConnect app. For more advanced systems, the charger can be connected to a GX device, enabling remote monitoring via Victron Remote Management (VRM). Even at remote installations without internet connection, you can use GlobalLink 520 to monitor the charger's status, making it possible to maintain full control regardless of location.
For additional convenience, you can complement the charger with the SmartSolar control display. It easily connects to the front of the charger and provides real-time information about the charger and battery status, as well as the ability to make settings directly on site.
