1.1 Age

To purchase a product from Thermoprodukter, you must be 18 years or older, or have a guardian’s permission.

1.2 Purchase

A purchase agreement is entered into when you receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order and completing payment.

1.3 Incorrect information

We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time retrospectively.

1.4 Typographical errors

We reserve the right for any "typographical errors" in product information and that product images may not always accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products.

1.5 Force Majeure

We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in situations where this is applicable.

2. PRICES

2.1 Price changes and VAT

Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in currency, taxes, fees, or similar. These price adjustments are made immediately when we deem it justified. We also reserve the right for any incorrect prices due to, for example, "typographical errors."

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Delivery within Sweden

We cooperate with Schenker. We usually deliver your package to Schenker within 1–2 working days. Longer delivery times may occur during periods of high order volume.

3.2 Fee for unclaimed packages

In cases where letters or packages are returned to Thermoprodukter by the shipping company because the customer/recipient:

1) did not collect the package from the pickup point,

2) was unreachable at the provided phone number for notification,

3) refused to accept the delivery,

or

4) provided incorrect name, address, or contact details,

Thermoprodukter will charge the customer a fee. For letters and packages, the fee is SEK 300 incl. VAT, and for bulky packages SEK 500 incl. VAT. The fee is charged to cover Thermoprodukter’s cost for return shipping and administration and is either invoiced or deducted from the order amount refunded after the return has been received by Thermoprodukter.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Payment via Adyen

With us, you can pay safely and smoothly using card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or Swish.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WARRANTY

6.1 Exchange policy

At Thermoprodukter, we always want you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase. We therefore offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you wish to use the exchange policy, you are welcome to contact us.

6.2 Right of withdrawal

If you regret your purchase, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in the online store, in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. This means you have the right to return a product if, within 14 days of receiving it, you notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will be refunded the full purchase price, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in good condition, Thermoprodukter may be entitled to deduct an amount from the refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds are usually processed within 1–5 business days, but no later than within 30 days after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. The order amount is refunded after an approved return.

7. COMPLAINTS

7.1 Complaints regarding products

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you always have a 3-year warranty right. Complaints mean that you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect in the product. Do this by sending a descriptive email to support@thermoprodukter.se. State the reason for the complaint and attach pictures of the defect. In many cases, our subcontractors assess the complaint, which may take 1–3 weeks to process. Of course, we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

In the event of a dispute reviewed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), our policy is to follow the board's recommendations. You may also use the EU Commission's form, which you can find [here].
