BEP Z Bus Bar Pro Installer With Cover 4x Studs 6mm is an innovative and space-saving solution for terminating smaller cables in marine and industrial applications. The product is designed to optimize cable routing by using both high- and low-level bars, making it ideal for compact installations with high density.
The bus bar is equipped with four 6 mm (1/4") screws, treated with anti-seize lubricant to ensure a smooth and reliable connection. The terminals are sized 4 mm (5/32") and are provided with integrated lock washers for extra security. The maximum current capacity per bar is 200A, providing robust power distribution with a total capacity support of up to 2x 200A.
Tin-plated CDA102 copper conductors and stainless steel screws, nuts, and washers contribute to long durability, especially in marine environments where corrosion can be an issue. The bus bar is also designed to handle up to 50V DC, making it versatile for various types of installations.
The cover protects the connections from dust, moisture, and other external factors, while maintaining easy access and safety during use. The dimensions are 98 mm (3.8") in length and 49 mm (1.9") in width, providing a compact and flexible solution for all installation spaces.
