BEP Smart Battery Hub Triple Engine is a complete and intelligent solution for battery management in three-engine systems. It combines remote-controlled switches, automatic voltage management (VSS), and emergency switching function in a robust and waterproof IPX7 design, making it perfect for marine and mobile electrical systems.
The system monitors and sends information about battery voltages and the house bank's charging status via NMEA 2000, making it easy to integrate with multifunction displays. It is designed to handle up to three engines, providing full control over the electrical system.
With remote-controlled switches, the unit can be controlled via analog inputs or CZone®, and it has a very low power consumption of under 5mA in standby mode, making it energy efficient. For extra safety, there is a mechanical emergency switch, which allows manual control of all switches if needed.
The automatic voltage switching (VSS) ensures that battery charging is managed optimally. If necessary, the emergency switch can be activated to parallel the batteries, for example during engine start or other high current situations.
BEP Smart Battery Hub Triple Engine also has advanced CZone® features, such as load shedding, NMEA 2000 switch bank, and logic control, making the system more automated and user-friendly. It can also monitor tank levels, temperature, and pressure via standardized sensors. LED indicators provide clear information about switch status and any faults.
Updates and configurations can easily be done via the USB port, enabling firmware updates and system adjustments directly via the NMEA 2000 network without the need for a computer or external adapters. The system also has two fused 10A outputs for 24-hour functions and can operate standalone without CZone®.
With a continuous current capacity of 300A, intermittent load of 700A, and starting current of 1450A, this is a powerful and reliable solution. It withstands tough conditions with an operating temperature of -15°C to +55°C and meets CE, NMEA, and ISO8846/SAEJ1171 standards for maximum safety.
