Airtronic L3 Commercial AL3 D6L 12V is a powerful and modern air heater developed for professional vehicles and machines with high demands on performance, reliability, and communication. With a heating capacity of up to 6 kW, it is ideal for heating driver cabins in trucks, ambulances, transport vans, motorhomes, minibuses, military vehicles, construction and agricultural machines, as well as recreational boats.
The heater is powered by diesel and controlled via CAN-bus or LIN-bus / S+. It is fully compatible with the control units EasyStart Pro, Web, or Minireglage. The combination of EasyStart Pro and Web is also possible. EasyStart Pro has a built-in temperature sensor that provides precise temperature control. When using TP7 displays via LIN-bus, the heater must be programmed correctly (External temp. sensor = programmed with EasyScan).
AL3 D6L is the third generation of Airtronic heaters and offers improved efficiency, quiet operation, and rapid heating. It has several power modes and operates energy-efficiently with a current consumption of only 7 W in low mode. Fuel consumption varies between 0.16 to 0.74 liters per hour depending on the power mode. The airflow during heating is up to 285 kg/h without back pressure.
The unit is adapted for operation at altitudes up to 5500 meters above sea level and is protected according to IP5K, making it suitable even in demanding environments. Operating modes include both heating and ventilation.
Note that the air outlet with a 90 mm connection is not included and must be ordered separately. This makes the heater flexible to integrate into different systems depending on needs.
