Busbar 150A 6P is a powerful and reliable terminal block, specially designed for high current distribution and as a connection point for batteries and DC equipment. With a capacity of up to 150 A and a maximum voltage of 70 VDC, this busbar ensures stable and safe power distribution in demanding applications.
This terminal block has six high current connections with stainless steel terminals, which have a diameter of 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) and a height of 17 mm. The busbar is made of tin-plated copper with dimensions 1.4 x 18 mm, providing both excellent conductivity and long-lasting corrosion protection. The hex nuts are also made of tin-plated copper, further contributing to durability and reliability in environments where corrosion can be an issue.
The base of the busbar is made of black ABS plastic, which is fire-resistant and rated according to UL 94 V-0, making it suitable for tough environments. To protect the connections and prevent accidental contact, the busbar is supplied with a transparent protective cover made of polycarbonate, which is also fire-protected and meets the UL 94 HB standard.
Despite its robust construction, the unit is easy to handle and install. It weighs only 0.27 kg for the model with six terminals, and its compact dimensions with protective cover are 45 x 231.7 x 31.8 mm (1.8 x 9.1 x 1.25 inches), making it easy to integrate into most systems.
