The H60 wireless handset gives you the ability to remotely control your B&G V60 VHF radio and experience all the benefits of a fixed mounted system, while enjoying the convenience and flexibility of a portable device. The handset is easy to use, simple to carry, and provides you with complete freedom of movement onboard, allowing you to control the radio anywhere on the boat.
With the H60, you can easily remotely control your VHF radio, make calls, browse channels, and initiate important DSC emergency functions without having to stand by the fixed mounted radio. The handset offers maximum transmission power and all the functions you expect from a fixed mounted VHF radio, but in a portable format that you can take with you wherever you go on the boat.
The H60 has a range of up to 100 meters, which means you have full coverage onboard, even on larger sailboats. Additionally, one or more H60 handsets can be used together with your V60 radio as an intercom system onboard, providing clear and effective communication between different parts of the crew.
Designed to withstand the tough conditions that can occur at sea, the H60 is waterproof according to the IPX7 standard and equipped with an inductive charging system that lacks exposed power contacts. This makes it extra protected against weather and wind. A full charge provides up to 8 hours of use, giving you plenty of time for communication and remote control without having to worry about battery life.
