The Link-6S is designed for international use and supports all international channels, including channels for the USA and Canada. Additionally, there is a convenient Mid channel mode, where you can save your favorite channels for quick and easy access. By holding down the channel knob, you can easily switch between your favorite channels.
The Link-6S has a three-channel monitoring function, which means you can monitor the current channel, emergency channel 16, and another prioritized channel simultaneously. This gives you increased flexibility and security on board. For USA models, the radio can monitor both channel 16 and channel 9 along with the current channel, further enhancing safety.
This VHF radio offers several different search modes, including the ability to prioritize emergency channels during scanning, to ensure you never miss an important distress call or safety message.
The mounting of the Link-6S is simple and flexible, thanks to its mechanical design that allows both console mounting and low-profile mounting. A balance ring is included, enabling the radio to be mounted on a tabletop, ceiling, or partition, all according to your needs and space.
