SmartSolar MPPT 250/85-Tr VE.Can is an MPPT charger that uses MPPT technology (Maximum Power Point Tracking) to ensure this device provides your batteries with maximum charging efficiency, even with changing light or partially shaded panels. With this efficient solution, you are guaranteed to get the maximum energy from your solar panels. This model supports up to 250V input voltage and delivers a charging current of 85A, making it ideal for medium to large solar power systems. It is compatible with 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V systems, providing great flexibility in your solar energy system.

"Tr" in the model name indicates that the regulator uses screw terminals for connection, providing a reliable and secure cable connection. The VE.Can connection allows easy integration into larger systems and communication between multiple Victron devices via a network. This gives you full control and monitoring of the system's performance.

Through Bluetooth functionality, you can remotely monitor and control the charger's various functions by pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. If your installation is connected to the internet with a Gx device, the portal Victron Remote Management (VRM) offers access to the MPPT's full capacity anytime and anywhere. Both VictronConnect and VRM are free, giving you additional control and insight into your system. For remote installations, you can monitor your MPPT by connecting GlobalLink 520, even without an internet connection nearby.

The SmartSolar charge controller is also capable of charging deeply discharged batteries and can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 V, provided the cells have not been permanently sulfated or otherwise damaged.
