MRBF Terminal Fuse is a powerful and safe 175A fuse, designed to protect battery banks and high-current circuits in marine, vehicle electrical, and industrial systems. It meets ABYC requirements and has a very high breaking capacity, making it perfect for large DC systems that require maximum safety and reliability.
The fuse must be used with Terminal Fuse Blocks PN 5191 or PN 2151 and should not be mounted directly on the battery terminal. Its ignition-protected design makes it safe for installation in gasoline-powered boats and other environments with explosive gases.
For quick and easy diagnostics, the fuse has a transparent inspection window, making it easy to visually check if it has blown. Additionally, it is color-coded by amperage, making identification quick and smooth during installation and maintenance.
It has a maximum voltage of 58V DC and a breaking capacity of up to 10,000A at 14V DC, ensuring effective protection against short circuits and overloads even at high current faults.
