BEP Circuit Breaker HD 100A is a robust single-pole thermal fuse that offers reliable protection for electrical systems in demanding environments. This fuse is perfect for applications in motorhomes, marine installations, battery chargers, and DC audio systems. With a capacity of 100A and an interrupt capacity of 3000A at 30V DC, it effectively protects against overloads and short circuits. The breaker has a manual reset function that clearly shows when it has tripped, making it easy to reset the system after an overload.
The housing is made of thermoset plastic, rated according to UL 94VO, making it heat resistant up to 311°F (155°C). The circuit breaker also has a wide operating temperature range from -32°C to 82°C and can be stored at temperatures as low as -34°C and as high as 149°C. This allows it to be used in a variety of climates and environments without compromising performance.
It can be mounted both surface-mounted and flush-mounted, providing flexibility during installation. The fuse also complies with important safety standards such as SAEJ1625, J1171, and UL1500 (ignition protected).
