The Orion-Tr Isolated DC-DC Charger Remote Cable is designed for applications where the remote control function to turn on or off an Orion-Tr Isolated DC-DC charger is referenced to the secondary battery, for example a lithium battery with BMS. Normally, the remote on/off circuit in the Orion-Tr Isolated DC-DC charger is referenced to the primary battery, such as a starter battery. This remote cable enables remote control in systems where the signal should instead be referenced to the secondary battery.
The cable includes a maximum input voltage of 35 V, maximum output voltage of 70 V, and a minimum input voltage of approximately 4 V to activate pull-down. The cable also has a maximum pull-down current of approximately 30 mA and is short-circuit protected, making it safe and reliable in use.
