Active Imaging™ HD 3-in-1 (High/Wide) - Si takes sonar technology to the next level with outstanding sharpness and high-resolution images of fish and underwater structures. With this advanced sonar technology from Lowrance®, you get the clearest images ever from High/Wide CHIRP sonar, high-frequency SideScan, and DownScan Imaging™, making it easier to find fish and get a detailed overview of the underwater environment. The new FishReveal™ SideScan mode makes it even easier to identify fish on both sides of the boat but requires an S3100 sonar module to activate.
The difference with Active Imaging™ HD 3-in-1 (High/Wide) - Si is its wider coverage area thanks to the High/Wide CHIRP sonar, which provides improved target separation and accuracy over a larger part of the water column. Si stands for Side Imaging or SideScan, a technology that sends sonar beams to both the left and right of the boat to create a wide view of what is beneath the water surface. This allows you to cover larger areas faster and see details about fish and structures both close to the boat and at longer distances, even in shallow water near the shore.
DownScan Imaging™ provides photo-like images of underwater structures directly beneath the boat, making it easy to identify how fish relate to rocks, trees, and bottom compositions. SideScan HD Imaging is perfect for scanning large areas quickly and provides a wide view of fish-holding structures, allowing you to cover more water and find fish at longer distances than with regular sonar.
The CHIRP sonar in Active Imaging™ HD 3-in-1 (High/Wide) gives you sharper views of individual fish, even when they are close to the bottom or in dense schools. The wide coverage makes this sonar a perfect choice to maximize your time on the water.
