Busbar 600A 4P with ABS protective cover is a powerful and reliable connection terminal, designed to handle high current distribution and connection of batteries and DC equipment in demanding applications. It has a maximum current capacity of 600 A and can handle voltages up to 70 VDC, making it a perfect solution for systems requiring safe and efficient power distribution.
This busbar is equipped with four robust stainless steel terminals, with a diameter of 9.53 mm (3/8 inch) and a height of 19 mm, providing stable and secure connections. The busbar is made of tin-plated copper with dimensions 19 x 24 mm, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion protection. The flange nuts are also made of stainless steel for extra durability, and the recommended tightening torque is 20 N·m (180 lbf·inch) for optimal safety during installation.
The busbar also has stainless steel screw terminals with a diameter of 4.2 mm (#8), which are ideal for connecting smaller cables. These screw terminals have a recommended tightening torque of 2 N·m (17 lbf·inch) to ensure reliable connections.
The base is made of black ABS plastic, fire protection rated according to UL 94 V-0, and the included protective cover in ABS plastic is rated according to UL 94 V-2, providing extra protection against accidental contact and increasing safety during operation.
