BEP Insulated Studs Pro Installer Single 1x10mm Wi offers a safe and versatile solution for power management in both marine and vehicle applications. These insulated studs come in single and double versions, with 8 mm (5/16") and 10 mm (3/8") variants to meet different installation needs. This model, 1x10mm Wi, is a single stud with a 10 mm threaded connection that provides a stable and reliable power distribution point.
This product includes a Power Tapping Plate. This plate allows connection of multiple smaller cables to the stud, which is perfect for installations requiring extra branching points, such as connecting several smaller power consumers from a common source.
The studs are made of stainless steel to ensure long life and resistance to corrosion in marine environments. The base consists of high-temperature resistant, fiber-reinforced plastic that provides strength and chemical resistance. Additionally, each stud comes with a clear polycarbonate cover that can be easily removed for extra cable access, ensuring a safe and organized installation. The cover also contains a special space for labels, making it easy to mark and organize connections.
For models with double studs, where 10 mm and 8 mm connections are combined, there is a "snap-out" insulation divider that allows linking the studs, which is ideal for applications such as extending cables to outboard motors.
Models with power tapping plates have four 4 mm terminals that support up to 50A per terminal, providing safe power distribution for smaller cable connections.
