BMS 12/200 is a battery management system developed for Victron's lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) smart batteries, specially designed for 12 V systems with a 12 V generator. It monitors and protects each individual battery cell in the system and manages the battery bank by disconnecting the alternator, charging source, or DC loads at low battery voltage, high battery voltage, or overtemperature.

BMS 12/200 has a dedicated generator connection that controls the current from the alternator into the battery, allowing generators of all sizes to be safely connected to the smart lithium batteries or other batteries. A dedicated load connection automatically disconnects loads and charging under unsafe conditions, such as low voltage or overtemperature, protecting the entire system.

Additionally, the BMS is equipped with a remote on/off function, allowing you to easily turn off the system via a remote switch for increased flexibility and control.
