BEP Z Bus Bar Pro Installer is a compact and efficient solution for power distribution in both marine and industrial applications. It is designed to optimize cable routing and maximize current density through its unique Z-bar configuration, providing a structured and space-saving installation.
The product has four M6 studs that serve as main connections for larger cables and ten M4 terminals for smaller connections, making it easy to manage multiple wires in an organized way. The studs are treated with anti-seize lubricant, which prevents seizing and ensures easy assembly even after long-term use. The terminals have captive lock washers, meaning the washers stay attached and are not lost during installation, which simplifies the work and minimizes the risk of loose parts.
The maximum current capacity is 200 amperes per bar, making it suitable for high-load systems where stable and safe power distribution is required. It can handle up to 50 volts DC and is thus adapted for both low- and high-voltage applications. The conductors are made of tin-plated CDA102 copper, a material that offers superior electrical conductivity while providing strong protection against corrosion and extending the product's lifespan.
To withstand the harsh environments often found in marine installations, all studs, nuts, and washers are made of stainless steel, minimizing the risk of rust and ensuring high durability over time. The product comes with a transparent protective cover that increases safety by preventing accidental contact and protecting the connections against dust, moisture, and external influences.
