Isotherm ITC 3701 is an advanced refrigeration unit that combines the latest ITC control with high performance to offer efficient and energy-saving cooling. Designed to optimize power consumption and improve cooling performance, this model is ideal for use onboard where efficiency and reliability are crucial.
The innovative ITC system allows use both with and without cold accumulation, previously known as ASU. The smart electronics can automatically detect external charging, such as from solar panels or engine operation. When such charging is available, the compressor increases speed to cool down the storage or to create extra cold in the food through the so-called "overcooling" function. This means the temperature can be lowered an additional 3 degrees below the set value, without going below 0 degrees, thanks to a temperature sensor that carefully monitors and regulates the system.
ITC 3701 is equipped with a digital display that provides a clear and simple overview of the temperature in the cooled space. The system is designed to offer a user-friendly interface and maximum control, while reducing power consumption onboard. The electronic control unit processes the actual air temperature in combination with the user's settings to optimize compressor operation.
Users can easily read both the set and actual temperature, choose between the compressor's different operating modes (ITC, Eco, and cooling mode), and adjust three different battery charging levels directly from the display. By setting different levels for the compressor speed, ITC 3701 is especially effective with lithium batteries, making it a cost-effective and reliable solution for cooling onboard.
