Isotherm 3201 ITCI is an advanced refrigeration unit with the latest ITC control, designed to optimize power consumption and improve cooling performance. This model is specially designed to reduce energy consumption onboard while delivering efficient cooling for your refrigeration system.
The new ITC system can be used both with and without cold accumulation, previously known as ASU. Just like previous models, the electronics detect if there is external charging, such as solar panels or engine running. When such charging is available, the compressor increases speed to cool down the storage (3201 ITCI, 3701 ITCI, 3251 ITCI/SP, 3751 ITCI, etc.) or to build up extra cold in the food through so-called "overcooling." This means the temperature is lowered an additional 3 degrees below the set value, but not below 0 degrees, thanks to a temperature sensor that monitors the system and prevents the temperature from dropping too low.
The digital display on the ITC unit provides a clear view and control over the temperature in the cooled space from the outside. The system is developed to offer the best interface and maximum control while minimizing power consumption onboard. With the help of a temperature sensor in the space, the electronic control unit processes the current air temperature in combination with the user's selected settings to regulate the compressor's function.
Isotherm 3201 ITCI offers easy reading of both set and actual temperature, selection of compressor operating mode settings (ITC, Eco, and cooling mode), as well as three different battery charging levels. By setting different levels for when the compressor should speed up, the ITC system works excellently with lithium batteries and contributes to an efficient and economical cooling solution.
