Victron Energy Meter EM24 RS485 is a 3-phase energy meter designed to measure power and energy in various applications. The meter's data is displayed on a GX device, such as Cerbo GX, and can be monitored via Victron's VRM portal, providing simple and reliable energy management for both private and commercial systems.
EM24 RS485 can be configured for four different roles depending on your needs. It can function as a grid meter and be used as a control signal in an ESS system, measure the output from a solar inverter, monitor the output from a generator, or be used as an AC meter to control a specific AC charging circuit.
The meter offers two connection options to a GX device. You can choose a wired connection via RS485 to USB interface, with cable lengths of 1.8 meters or 5 meters, or a wireless connection using Victron's Zigbee to USB and Zigbee to RS485 converters.
